Open Level Hatha Flow Yoga Classes - 
Wednesdays, 12:45-1:45
Fridays, 12:45 - 1:45

Traditional style hatha yoga. Postures, breath work and relaxation are all part of the class. This class is appropriate for new students. Focus is on learning basic yoga postures and providing a solid introduction and foundation to a variety of yoga postures. A limited amount of flow yoga is incorporated to help loosen the joints and warm up the body. All levels are welcome!

Yoga Branch Vista Village, 208 East Broadway, Vista, CA 

Saturdays, 9:00-10:15 - Ashtanga Flow
 
This class is inspired by the Ashtanga system as taught by Pattabhi Jois.  Traditionally the Ashtanga practice flows from one pose to the next with limited instruction adhering to the belief that practice is the best teacher.  However, after 20 years experience I realize that specific, anatomical instruction is very helpful in understanding the geometry of one's body so each week several poses are broken down to enhance understanding.  Although Ashtanga yoga was orginaly created for adolescent boys, this class is presented in such a way that all ages and levels can enjoy.  Bring your body and your sense of humor!
